We published a video a few days ago about an article from Nature Magazine, showing that oxidized "bad" cholesterol (oxLDL) is actually transported through the endothelial (or intima) cells, the slick inner lining of the artery wall. The author claimed this totally changed the theories around mechanisms for CV inflammation & plaque. I warned viewers that it changed very little in terms of theories & mechanisms. This video covers a viewer's response. That viewer got "reeled in", believing this was a major change. I show previous articles which disprove this. The NATURE article is still a landmark, however. Here's why - it shows the actual metabolic pathway. This could lead to breakthrough treatment & prevention options. Here is the video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUuYae-76a4&t=0s
