I've seen a host of "medical experts" claim that supplements have no positive impact on health. There was yet another study implying that in the Annals of Internal Medicine on April 9, 2019. But they had a paywall. I've done dozens of videos on the science of individual supplements. The major reason I don't pay for this video & cover it is they go to all-cause mortality as their cut point. I've done a separate video on all-cause mortality. very few prescription medications & NO supplements will show an all-cause mortality impact; it's an impossible bar to reach.
