Sitting disease is not just click-bait or fun headlines. It's a serious health risk. Detailed biochemical research shows that our metabolism slows down in less than an hour of inactivity. An example includes a decrease in blood lipase, which helps us burn fats. JAMA recently published original research showing that OVER HALF of Americans have major risk in this area.
