I used to teach it at Hopkins. Here's what is being forgotten: how we're defining "low risk." The standard is to determine based on Framingham alone. If you do CIMT, many "low risk" individuals suddenly jump from 2% risk up to 40% risk. Cutting a 40% risk in half is a big deal. A huge deal.
