Inflammation is caused by high glucose, high insulin, cigarette smoking, inflammatory diseases, and other chemical exposures. Do you have it? Everyone that has arterial plaque had it! That's almost everybody over the age of 60 and most over the age of 50. How do you check whether you got inflammation? Through tests, like Lp-PLA2, myeloperoxidase, microalbumin creatinine ratio, and C-reactive protein.
