This video covers a 2017 article published in the European Heart Journal regarding the comparison of 10-year heart attack/stroke event rates in people that thought they were low-risk. Each of the techniques showed advantages in certain areas. The authors selected CACS (coronary artery calcium score), but I'd choose CIMT. Still, I'd be happy if insurance companies and doctors would just do any of these three rather than stress tests.
